Lose Weight Eliminating Negative Thoughts

You contemplate thousands of thoughts every day. You speak to yourself more than any other person. You are your most trusted counselor. Most of the conversations you have with yourself would never be shared with someone else, since it would expose the real you. The you who is filled with sadness,  self-doubt, worry, guilt, hurt and disappointment.

But that’s not the real you at all. It is the you that your ego and your belief systems have built. These negative beliefs have been constructed by you and accepted by you as the truth. The sad part is that nothing could be further from the truth.

Where do these misconceptions about you come from? Most of them came from teachers, parents, colleagues and friends. Maybe they planted the seed and said something like she’s big and you’ve grown those comments to the point where they’ve become your truth.

You allow your entire life to be controlled by obscure comments made years ago. No one has the right or the power to tell you who you are. Only you know who you are in reality and what is inside your heart.

As soon as you were born, you entered this world without the load of your current negative belief system. You entered this world as a pretty package of joy filled with unlimited possibilities and potentials.

I am here to tell you that you have not altered. You are always and always will be a pretty package of joy with unlimited possibilities and potentials.

The only difference is what you pay your awareness to. Let me ask you a question. If you have stopped all negative conversations you are currently having with yourself, such as;

  • I will never be thin
  • I am too fatty
  • Why would anyone want to love me?
  • I always get failure

And the list can go on and on…

How would you feel? Do you ponder you would feel happier? Do you ponder you would feel emotionally lighter? Do you ponder you would feel more confident?

Now, how do you ponder your life would alter if you were to go one step further and modify your personal talk by making only positive conversations about yourself. If you take a little time and focus on what you love about yourself and only focus on your emotional state becoming so positive that you can accomplish anything.

Once you start to look for the positive things within yourself, you will be astonished on realizing that your majesty has always been there just below the surface. You have never been anything other than that brilliant bundle of joy that entered the world years ago. It is easy to discover positive aspects of yourself by asking a few questions.

  • Who am I, what’s in my heart that only I know?
  • What am I good at?
  • What do I like about my body?
  • Who has benefited from my presence in the world?

Your aim is to feel good now. How do you feel now? If you only notice what you feel is positive about yourself, you will have fine feeling, you will be pleasant. Decide here and now how you want to feel. Decide that you will always seek the good in yourself and admire that goodness.

So what does all of this have to do with weight loss? All!!! Your emotional state is the control valve that regulates what you tap into your experience. The way you talk to yourself creates your beliefs and programs your subconscious. So you need to ask yourself if you want your opinions and subconscious programming to be built on wrongful negative thoughts. Or do you want your opinions to be established on the truth that you are and always have been a perfect being.

Start loving and nourishing yourself today. Let the joy, playfulness, and excitement that you naturally had as a child begin to spill over into your daily experiences. Permit yourself to celebrate every victory, no matter how much tiny it is. Love yourself and appreciate each other every opportunity you have. Do this daily and watch your weight start to dissolve just as your old negative beliefs about yourself start to dissolve.
